At OC? Because that's what will happen.
No coach that isn't a terrible retread will want this job as HC.
No cap, no high pick, locked in middling QB, very old roster.
You likely have to wait another year to attract a HC even remotely worthwhile

There are 32 nfl HC jobs. Of course a good coach will take the job. I'm not sure our leadership will find someone, but there will absolutely be good ones out there

I don’t know if I agree with that. If we had a higher pick we could get someone like Flores to listen. Dude went off the rails for a minute but he’s a very good coach and can build a program. I wonder if he’s chilled a bit.
