Not in US, but there is something equally ominous and fascinating about the Cologne Cathedral.

Cologne is my favorite German city. Thanks for posting that pic. The building on the right is the Roman Museum.

The cathedral is sublime, but the fact that the bahnhoff is basically on top of it takes something away when you see it in person.

I feel the same way about the Pantheon in Rome. It's so close to the McDonalds that while you're trying to imagine what Ancient Rome was like all you can smell is French Fries.

Seeing it in person is next level. Its kinda awe inspiring

That's not even a good pic of it


The Sagrada Familia is even crazier to see in person
