The BRPD should have informants; people on the inside. People who go into the ghetto, who live in the ghetto. People who talk to people who have talked to people who have talked to people. There’s people who have mentioned to others that they were involved in one of the most high profile murders in BR in a decade. People know. These motherfrickers have no ability whatsoever to remain quiet. This isn’t the mob. They talk. They text. They post about it. It’s not for any lack of information. What it is is that it’s being “investigated” by a laughingly inept police department.

If they don’t have anything to break into that realm, then you are less protected than you’ll ever know.

That combined with the fact they don’t give a flying frick means - “well, sorry Mr Rice. There’s nothing we can do.”
