This. If taxes are raised and revenue is increase, the Federal Government will simply look at that as more money to spend rather than money to pay down the debt with. The debt will NEVER go down.

Unpopular Opinion: Single payer healthcare would be an improvement for this country.

Why? Right now, those paying for private insurance are paying twice. Paying for themselves and also for the millions of non-payers. Administrative costs would plummet, as all the money spent on negotiating costs with the hundreds (thousands?) of different insurance companies and billing/collecting would go down. Corporations like Pfizer and the big insurers would not have the political power they currently have. And if those who make the laws have the same shite everyone else does, it won’t suck nearly as much as everyone fears it will.

I don't believe in legislating moral issues such as abortion or gay marriage. We conservatives get upset if certain rights are threatened (gun rights for example) by libs but Christian conservatives don't mind telling non-religious people how they should live their lives.

But I will always vote for the most conservative candidate over a liberal because liberals are a far bigger threat to most of our basic freedoms than Christian conservatives.

The land of Israel belongs as an everlasting possession to the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Read Obadiah above. We have been pushing Israel to be overrun by Palestinians since the Madrid Peace Accords in 1991. That's when things started to go bad for us. The chickens have truly come home to roost.
