I had a Boss mustang Hot Wheels that could almost hang with Mongoose. Love the 70’s.

I had this exact case when I was a kid, but my mother gave away all of my Matchbox, Hotwheels, and Johnny Lightning cars to my nephews.

You're showing the blue model which is the most common. The light blue, which I believe he has here is worth much more.

Just correcting misinformation

Its the same sort of stuff you see with people saying Disney VHS tapes are worth money. A few rare ones are but most aren't

Within the first 5 minutes of it being listed, I got three offers on the Mustang, ranging between $100-$182.
I listed it at 5:33, and it usually takes a couple minutes before it is actually seen on the site.

I show my losses all the time. I’ll even say in my threads that it was a bad buy.

I am not a gambler. I am very knowledgeable with stuff I buy. If I buy something that I don’t know about, I will have a couple dollars into it.

The Mustang just got an opening bid, so all my offers went away. If I had an offer of $182, I’m guessing it will go for over $200.

You did well on the English Leather. For a while there, I was worried about your four dollar investment.

Cool stuff. I’ve got a “matchbox suitcase” full of those type hot wheels and small London Matchbox cars and trucks. Love them.

I would think buying something he can’t turn over or you know, sells for less than he bought it for but that’s just me.

I have had many items that I couldn’t flip or took a loss, but it’s countered by the wins.

The only reason I bought the sunglasses today for $24, is because I knew I had a homerun with the Hot Wheels.

I look at it per day. I spent $47 today. I don’t count it as I paid $18 for the cars, $24 for the sunglasses, and $5 for the record.
So if the sunglasses are a loss, and the cars sell for $500, do I really have a loss?
