definitely not wearing shorts to church, a nice pair of slacks and a polo/button-up shirt is my go-to combo.
I’m minimum sport coat and tie-but I’m an old fuddy duddy. I’m at least going to dress as well for God in his house as I would visiting The White House otherwise I wouldn’t feel right.
Advanced fuddy duddyism at play, I know, but this bird you cannot change.

Jeans are comfortable and hold up well in the work I do.

I don't mind jeans. But they aren't as comfy as carharts. And carharts can (kinda) pass for khakis (sometimes, in some situations).
