Pretty sure someone on here recommended this book. Thanks to whomever that was, this book is excellent.

Great book. Rinella has a hell of a sack to make that solo hunt for one.

Yes excellent read. I remember a section that shook my 4th grade self. I remember thinking back then that the native Americans used every part of the buffalo. Rinella clarifies; yes they used every part of the animal, but not every part of every animal. If they killed 30 buffalo on a jump, they didn’t have the use for 120 hoofs…

Enjoyed the detail he took in breaking down the animal after shooting it.’
