ETA: The military missed out on at least half a dozen or so solid good ole baw Gen Z kids who were ready to reserve while in college and finish commissioning at OCS. I don't want to say I discouraged them from joining but I simply asked them to look up Austin Lloyd and had them research military vax treatment etc... All are still in college with zero interest in the current military.
