I’m worried simply because so much of why comes out today just flops because of horrible choices. I want to believe though.

That too.
They do have Cary Fukunaga directing the first like 4 episodes and Tim Van Patten directing the last couple. That gives me hope. Tim Van Patten worked on The Pacific, The Wire, Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, a lot of HBOs greatest hits.
What scares me is that they have the people who wrote and directed Captain Marvel directing the middle episodes.
