They are pressing the right buttons. Coastal birds and sea turtles will bring big time conservation $$$ in to the fight.

Any project this large would have had to have an Environmental Impact Statement performed. They take into account any threatened, endangered, or proposed species I haven’t read it but it’s there I am sure
