They’ve single-handedly fricked up every diversion project, even ones that got built. I will never understand how they have so much pull for something that clearly benefits only them to the overwhelming detriment of the entire state and multiple large ports.

And; the La restaurant association which is #1. Pair them together and it’s a double whammy of mafia that doesn’t include the avg tax payer.
