I have a family member that’s an attorney here in the state and they’re trying to handle this for me but in the meantime, I have to deal with them garnishing my wages. It’s extremely frustrating especially when I had no idea this was coming because they were sending everything to out of state residence that I no longer live in. And it’s not like I’m hiding where I’m at. I’m registered to vote in this state drivers license in this state, pay taxes, currently on income, earned in this state, in this state, and they know I work in this state, because they finally sent a letter to my employer. it’s incompetence at the highest level.

Fighting the LDR sucks. They make up a number they think you owe then charge penalties on that number until you pay.
This frickers drained one of my bank accounts the day before a vacation. Pissed me off.
I've been fighting with them for years. But pay them something while fighting or they will just take it.
