I came in to post the same thing. A breakfast flight on the left side is awesome. I feel like my flights were much closer to the mountain though (flying to IAH.)
OP, you've probably already noticed, but the flight times out of SEA are weird. If you're not on an outbound flight by 1500 or so, you're not leaving until midnight or later if you're going east very far. But, the bonus is, that there are enough good bars with non IPAs that you can try a different beer (porter or stout) repeatedly until you leave. I learned to prefer going to a beer pub with 50+ beers on tap the night before I left, and then wake up at 0315 to ride to the airport for a 6-7AM flight.
