I walk for 30 minutes around my neighborhood every morning with a 20 pound vest.

I use a ruck with plates in it to do the same thing, a little weight goes a long way. With that purple weighted vest pictured above, it doesn't look like there's any way to add or remove weight, although I don't know, I'd prefer an adjustable weighed vest or plate carrier so I could go heavier or lighter based on different training plans.
