re: Fire and blood-yay or nay

I liked but I also like nonfiction history books. It reads like a nonfiction book, not like ASOIF. The Aegon the Conqueror stuff and Dying of the Dragons stuff was pretty enthralling, I read those sections pretty fast. The Jaeherys I stuff and everything Aegon III and onward was a bit boring though imo. If you like Martin's world like me I would definitely suggest it, if you're looking for a story with pov characters I would pass.
