Wasn't even mentioned on the air. Thought it should have been reviewed.

It was. And Dart was sacked. Would’ve changed anything but those were missed/bad calls

The hit OOB on 5 was also questionable. Surprised they didn’t even review it.

No it wasn’t targeting, he was standing straight up & put himself in a vulnerable position

I was not really asking for it, but I did notice that it probably fit the definition of the rule. My suspicion is that it was such an odd, awkward play that it didn't conjure "targeting" in the minds of the officials.

Nope. Clean hit that should’ve never even happened.

Daniels needs to learn to avoid those hits or he’s going to get hurt again.

Definitely could’ve been called.

Glad it wasn’t. Miss those hits in football.

frick no. It’s basically the same thing that Devin White did in 2018 that were all so pissed off about.

Targeting is such a BS penalty. I never complain when it’s not called.

I hate targeting more than any rule in all of sports. That being said, I wanted the targeting call on that play.

Yep saw live and called it out immediately in the game thread. RG3 and company didnt even mentioned with the hindsight of replay. Major failure all around

Only thing i can figure is since he was running he wasnt a defenseless player? Still was force contact (with launch) to the head or neck area which IMO shoulda been targeting

I thought so when I saw it at live game speed

But I’m replay he didn’t lower his head and hit JD more in the chest.

It was a call that if made in the field likely would have been overturned as not targeting.

Brutal hit though. Wish our defense hit like that

No because It wasn’t targeting. It wasn’t even close.
