2001 Plymout Prowler, metallic orange, one of only 763 made in that color while still in the Plymouth name. End of model 2001 went back to Chrysler. Kept it for over 20 years and only had about 8,000 miles on it. Sold it after I was diagnosed with dementia and stopped driving. It was a fun show car, and people wanted pictures all the time. Best fun car. Best actual daily car was Lexus or Audi Q7.

2004 Chevy Colorado. Bought it as a welcome home gift to myself from my deployment to Baghdad. I had it for 13 years. It was 800 miles shy of 300K and the transmission gave out and I sold it to the local transmission place instead of having them fixing it and keeping it.
The best vehicle I've ever owned. Hands down. I miss that truck every day.

1948 Chevrolet Sport Coupe Deluxe. My grand mother had it for years and gave it to me my second year at Auburn. Great ride. It was like driving while sitting on a big sofa. Cops used to stop me to warn me that I couldn't use the spotlight when they really just wanted a close look at the car.

I am currently driving a 2003 Porsche 911 Carrera - it is my second all time favorite car:
But my #1, by far, is my 1964 Porsche 356C. I kick myself almost every day for having sold that beauty:

1999 BMW 740i
God I loved that car.
Fast, handled like a dream, awesome pussy magnet.

I thought you were a white guy.
My favorite was a 1972 Buick Estate Wagon with 6 6x9 Jensen Triaxials and a Pioneer KP500 underdash cassette player. Some kind of booster I don’t recall.

graduated high school in 1971 and bought a 1962 chevy nova that a chevrolet mechanic owned. he pulled the inline 6 automatic and replaced it with a 307 v8 and 4 speed. pure freedom with an 8 track playing jethro tull. nice engine, tiny car, exciting to drive in the rain. had two sofa pillows and grandma's old quilt between the bucket seats for the "beach." pretty heady times for an 18 year old taking home $52 per week.

Red ‘83 Prelude, my first car. I put a deposit down without ever seeing one in person, and I didn’t even list my color preference. Just wanted the first available, and it happened to be red. I think I paid around $12K.

My first one. 1997 Ford Explorer.
I’m driving my mom’s ‘98 Eddie Bauer Explorer for a few days while my car is in the shop. 207k miles and she bought it new. It’s a rattle trap but the 5.0 still gets it around great. Versatile too - I brought home a 50 gal hot water heater from Home Depot last night with room to spare. Here she is this morning.
