It was clear the Avs came out rusty and sloppy in the first period after all that time off. Thankfully it only lasted 1 period before they got back to normal.

It's going to be a long series for you if you're going to melt so hard about a call like that. In no way did the 4 on 4 impact the outcome of the game. If you're going to melt, why don't you focus on how the Stars dominated OT but couldn't end it?
If you're going to tick-tack criticize every call, Dallas shouldn't have had a 5 on 3 in the first as the Mikko call was soft. You can do that all day long. Thing should tend to even out, which they did. Both teams will have questionable calls for/against and life will go on.

Dallas “ had the momentum the whole night” ? lol. When the Avs scored 3 in the second period? When Dallas got off maybe 5 shots in 25 minutes of hockey and seemed to be allergic to the Avs zone? C”Mon. You lost game one at home to a team you had 3-0 after one. That’s not a loss, that’s a collapse. Preserve your dignity, take the L and see you Thursday.

Igor is playing lights out, but they're also on a streak of something like 19 straight penalty kills, while their power play is on fire.

Yeah and Canes PK getting worked. They’re just a superior 5v5 team and had the number 1 PK, but alas here we are. Kudos to the Rags.

No lead is safe against the Avs. They are scoring at an amazing clip. Good to see all those Stars retreads scoring against their former team. Cogs with the outlet pass assist on the OT winner.
That embellishment call lol. Why, I’ve never seen such an obvious flop. Truly outrageous and an affront to the dignity of the sport. All Dallas fans should feel deep shame. God bless that brave and courageous referee.

I'm not worried. Stars went down 0-2 to a better team in Vegas and won the series.
Sucks they blew a 3-0 lead but a couple of soft penalties lets the Avs back into it.

This is about as dumb of a statement as it gets. The Avs are a better team than Vegas, without question.
Also, we're the best team in the league at home and y'all wouldn't have an extra day to adjust to the altitude. You do NOT want to go down 0-2 to the Avs and turn it over to their home ice.
