Ryiria Chronicles starting with Theft of Swords and ends with Heir of Novron. Great great story and ending and Tim Gerard Reynolds in one of my favorites narrators. He does the Red Rising series that another poster mentioned as well.
Gentlemen Bastards - Locke Lamora. Amazing books and narrator Michael Page is awesome.
Look up books by narrator Simon Vance too.
Lastly, The Blade Itself, by Joe Abercrombie. Stephen Pacey narrating is awesome
That should get you through like 300 hours or so to start

I'll second this suggestion. I loved the audiobooks of this series.
Anything narrated by Michael Kramer and Kate Reading is a must for me. Hands down the best narrators in this genre in my opinion.
They did all of Wheel of Time and most of Sanderson's Cosmere work

I usually listen at 2x or 2.25x , it was extremely hard to adjust to Red Rising with his Irish accent reds for the first few chapters
