ND is private. They don’t disclose the actual amount of coach’s salaries. I believe It’s been stated that Kelly was making around $5 - $7 Million at ND.

Dude, there's no way he was making only 2.7 mil. That may have been in money paid by the school directly, but I'm sure they had some other ways to pad that and bring it more in line with what other top coaches make.

No, he was not. He was making 8+ a year by the end of his tenure.

Perhaps the increase was to compensate for all the negativity or added stress applied by those on the Rant...
