For someone working 10-12 hours a day, commuting another 2, there isn't much time or energy to prepare healthy meals, eat right, or exercise. Also it's hard as hell to get 8 hours of sleep during the night due to having to corral kids. None of this adds up to the ability to lose weight on our own.

a) you need to find a better job and something closer or move closer

B) are you serious that you are spending 14 hours a day on work???? thats fricking insane.

C) it takes about an hour to 90 min to grill chicken breast and cook eggs for 4 days. do that every sunday and repeat on wednesday night. time is not an excuse when it comes to eating healthy, thats bullshite

d) as far as time to exercise......20 min of calisthenics every week day is enough to get a good workout in to stay strong and healthy. you have 20 min

but why the frick are you sacrificing your health, your families health, your whole fricking life for a job that is costing 60% of your life every day? frick that

what do you do?

If you are THAT busy, you shouldn't have enough time to stuff your face.

Manage your time better. It doesn't take hardly anytime to brown up and season 2lbs of 93/7 beef and pack some low-carb, or hell regular flour taco shells. Get 6 containers and split the meat among them, use two taco shells per meal. Add A LITTLE cheese if you must and some taco bell sauce packets. I just made you a sub 600 calorie lunch, around 50g protein, and is plenty of food for an adult human male.

You don’t need to “eat right”. You need to eat less.

The pills force you to do that. Great, it will help with the obesity epidemic.

But what will it hurt? What are the externalities?
We never think about that’s. Once someone can make money off of something and the harm from it is isn’t immediate and obvious, it’s a done deal.

Personally I think anytime we insulate people from the consequences of their own actions, we get worse as a species, so I think these pills are going to be a net negative.
