Wasps sting, they don’t bite.

And when they do, it hurts like a MF.

You have never seen a Guinea wasp? That's weird. They are all over here. And when one gets you, there's usually a few more behind them trying to get you too.

I watched this one fly around for a while snapping pics of it. Got pretty damn close to it, too. Most wasps don't give a shite about you when they're away from their nests. They're just looking to eat nectar or catch something to carry back to their nests.

Red wasps are the same.

This one didn't bother me.

Nor this one.

This bee wolf didn't care.

Even this cicada killer didn't mind me.

These tiny parasitoid wasps may be my favorites, though.

They light on the surface of the water in the pool to get a drink. That is a great opportunity to catch them in a butterfly net and kill them.

There are several that seem to like sitting dormant on some of the window panes at my house. I think they like the slightly less hot surface.

I think it’s like Superman from my experience. The closer they get to the sun the more powerful they get. The wasps are worse than ever in our deer stands this year

All you gotta do is get a cup big enough to cover the wasps nest. Pour enough gas in the bottom of the cup where the gas comes up about an inch or two at the bottom. Hold the cup over the wasps nest to the building that the nest is on. The fumes from the gas will make them dizzy and they will fall into the gas at the bottom. And die instantly. You're welcome. Pictured here

Yeah, until one straggler spots you, pops you on the back of the neck, making you jump and drop the cup, getting gas in your yelling mouth, as you get chased away beating your own self half to death to get the survivors off of you.

Pro Tip: Keep some straw or hay around to immediately chew on. It will absorb the gas from your mouth and keep it from poisoning you.

Why waste expensive gas? Water with dawn dishwashing detergent will kill them dead in a hurry

Waste? Hell, you reuse the gas. I heard the wasp venom boosts octane.

I'm telling y'all it works. I literally just did it today. But I waited until the nest was full of them. And as soon as the cup makes a seal they start dropping.

Soap and water suffocates them too. Have to be able to soak / saturate the wasps with the soap solution.

Hairspray will make their wings sticky and they will fall to the ground. I’ve sprayed a live nest (a little scary), and they fell out and I smashed them. Works better for an individual wasp that gets in the house.
