I had similar symptoms to OP. Low libido, ED, felt bloated, nips were getting swollen...that's what prompted the early blood work. The blood work confirmed that the estrogen had doubled. Sorry for confusion.

I got one of those. I'm cool with only needing a release 4 or 5x a week. There was a period 6 weeks in where I'm pretty sure I logged 30x for the week

I just did an InBody scan today to confirm the numbers I had two weeks ago. Identical

201 lbs
13.4% bf

BMI is 28-29.

Interesting stuff regarding Anastrazole here. I started taking it primarily due to nips getting sensitive/knotty. I’m not overweight at all (weigh 152 @ ~8% bf, VO2 Max ~60) and in very good shape. My biggest fear is Gyno, but second guessing the AI now. I go shirtless often and if I catch Gyno my world will be crushed, lmao.

My Estrogen went from <5 to 30 within first few months on TRT, combined with the nip issues and I kinda panicked ngl.

Tamoxifen is preferred for treating gyno. So you may want to have that on hand if you’re nervous.

Thats still normal range, right? I’m still trying to learn this stuff, but from what I’m reading, it says to pretty much avoid AI until symptomatic? Maybe some of the vets can chime in.
