Had to switch to this method because of all the unique ways people post their votes. It will do all of the work for you ("Analyze Data" in the upper righthand corner). But the formatting of the data has to be the same (which it often was not - no more copying and pasting directly from the board).

Wanted to make sure I kept the actual voter information so I could double check myself along the way. Once I had completed my final check I made the voter "green" in my column.
