Putting aside how much I hate levy, and the way he handles transfer windows, he’s the actual WOAT, I’m relieved to see Kane going to Bayern. I don’t care about the money he’s sold for, I have little faith the board invests it wisely, I’m just happy I won’t have to watch him play for another premier league club, and I can continue to appreciate him as a player.

While Kane really is irreplaceable I think others step up, and fill the gap by committee. I’d be a lot more worried starting the season without Kane with someone like Mourinho, or Conte, in charge tbh. I think Ange ball has shown in preseason that it will create a lot of chances per game. However, , I am still terrified about the defense.

Even with world-class defenders I would still be worried about the defense. Ange is all gas and no brakes.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Brentford puts Spurs to the sword a few times this weekend. Thomas Frank is a really good manager and his team is well drilled. They aren’t an ideal first opponent for a new system.

I agree on not having to watch Kane put on another EPL kit. I had gotten to a point where I would have preferred Kane to stay this year and leave on a free, but if he thinks the move to Bayern is best for his career and family then I wish him all the best. A lot has been said about Bundesliga titles not meaning anything at this point, but I don’t think Kane is going there for the sole purpose of league titles. I think he is going to try and win the ultimate prize being a UCL title. He will have a legit chance of doing that every year at Bayern which is something we are a ways away from at the moment.

Time to get behind Ange and start the rebuild. Who better to lead that rebuild than Levy…FML ??
