im not sure if its trait points or just straigh tup primary level 10. i wouldnt spend trait points in your primary trait as you auto get a point per level.

It won't let you do that, anyway.
I dunno what the trigger is. I'm currently Gunslinger/Medic and my Gunslinger is only level 7.
Power Level is 11, so maybe PL10? It also seemed to unlock around the time I finished my first run through the Labyrinth, so that could have something to do with it.
