Fertilizing newly seeded Bermuda

Put down Bermuda seed (La Prima) roughly 3-4 weeks ago. About a 20,000 sq ft area. Coming in nicely. At this point I haven’t put down any fertilizer to help it along. When should I put fertilizer down on it? And what kind? The area does have some weeds coming up also. Figured I’ll wait and treat once the Bermuda is more established?
