Open the Car Door for your Woman

I just spent 30 minutes in a BR restaurant and I was seated facing the parking lot. Not one baw (young or old) opened the car door for his SO. Man, that’s like the least a guy can do to for his lady. Is it really no longer a thing?

When we moved into our house, my wife saw our neighbor held the front fence gate for his woman. Wife said “is that woman a cripple?”.
