But it's only 20 minutes. There is a ceiling to fricking off at the office for the most part. At home, no supervision

Doubt it.

They're simply AT WORK for less time, but I guarantee you the same amount of work gets done in more cases than not. When I'm not at home, I want to be at home. When I work from home, I simply get my shite done and go on about my day.
