Lulz. I worked at a restaurant that had a pizza buffet for lunch in college. Half the time we wouldn’t get tipped for cleaning up the 10 plates hogs left after they were done feeding.

I’m not tipping more than $2 for take out if at all

10% if I believe I received good service and I am paying at the end. If I am asked to pay at the time of my order I don't tip.

Depends -- but if the takeout experience is positive (I'm greeted, food is packaged nicely and it's ready to go when I arrive) I usually start the tip at $2 for one main, then I'll add an extra dollar for each additional main in the order.

Tip $0.00 for takeout. They agreed to the wage when they took the job. If they want more, they can get another no talent job, they are everywhere.
