That’s all on you for gaining weight. You have breaks in the day to walk, do push-ups, pull-ups, treadmill, bike, etc. Throw in there having a kitchen to make a healthy lunch as well.

Agree. But driving to work gives you a nice opportunity to stop by the gym or go at lunch. The days I work from home, I hit the phone ten minutes after I wake up, and I'm on/off the phone until after dinner.

Its' not healthy and sometimes the environment we put ourselves in works against our minds.

Bruh, these people want to work from home, thats peak laziness.

you think they are going to cook a fresh healthy meal? nah they just ordered doordash for the 50th time this month.
