Here's his weak arse response as why he voted against censure and fines.

Cliffnotes: "I voted to remove his from the intelligence community, but the Schiff wasn't investigated enough to justify the bill" - no due process - unconstitutional.

Judging from the comments and this weak arse bullshite explanation, the heat is getting high.

Good. He needs to be uncomfortable over going rogue. We didn't elect you to interpret constitutional law, congressman. Your colleagues on the other side of the isle certainly don't take too much interest in it. You should take a page from their book and for once in our lives, get a W.

Do your job.

Maybe it’s because he isn’t a ridiculous person.

I don't know that I've seen Schiff open his mouth without spewing at least a single lie.

Whatever happened to that "ample evidence in plain sight" re: #MuhRussian Collusion to get Trump elected in 2016? Still waiting.

If you don't identify the marked difference between Schiff in front of a camera and Schiff's rhetoric behind closed doors, under oath and penalty of perjury, then you're clearly not tall enough to ride.

But we knew that.

I really liked Graves, even with his Jindal ties. He was the one voice standing up for those that flooded in 2016 and lost everything. He will never get another vote from me again. Adam Schiff is a vile human being. Graves will forever be tied to him in my eyes. So disappointed.

He claims it was just to table the matter pending a deeper investigation by the House and Ethic Committee and he would support censure or even expulsion after that has been done.

Talk is cheap. Since he voted to table, IMO it's on him to take those measures to push forward not just sit on his hands. That's the only way anyone should ever overlook his vote.

It's always talk. Talk talk talk. Anytime there's a chance for action - hold up. Let's talk about it.

I was shocked that any R in the LA delegation would do this.

The due process argument is weak and laughable.... it's about all he's got as an excuse.

This sure has the potential to bite him in the arse down the road.

There should be a strong response to that sort of unconscionable behavior.

I hope it's expulsion. I just don't get the fine, or where that authority comes from. Why not just make it 16 billion?
