Republican leaders don't care about the US debt or actually slowing down the leftist agenda.

Ron or Don needs to put together a good plan to start getting some of these clowns out.

Fought harder to get McCarthy elected as speaker than he fought against Biden and Fauci. There was a legitimate effort for an alternative

That’s hysterical. No matter how many times he shits in your mouth, it still tastes good to you, doesn’t it?

What exactly were you guys expecting?

The GOP has very little leverage on the debt ceiling negotiations. It was never going to be the avenue to accomplish sweeping fiscal reform. Anyone thinking it was is an idiot.

McCarthy has never, in his career, shown a tendency for being "conservative" fiscally. He's known as "Pelosi Light".

It's why Desantis aligning with the GOPe was so disappointing and "unforgivable".

And, it's why it's suicide to back any candidate from the GOP.

This is in response to a post critical of GOP leaders for not caring about the debt.

Trump added $6.7T to the national debt in 4 years. It took Bush 8 years to add $5.9T.

And you think DeSantis is the establishment candidate in ways Trump isn't? What has DeSantis ever done as a member of the house or as governor that makes his even rival Trump's establishment credentials?
