That's not my interpretation of journeyman.
He's got more the three years of experience yet has not provens to have the capabilities to be counted on full time and any real capacity, but he has value in a limited roll.

And it's not just me that thinks they have ok backups it's the staff as well. They would have already picked up a 3rd or 4th lb at this point if they were worried. I'm sure they will be keeping their eyes on improving it if they can.
