PassingThrough, I'm with you until you recommended dogfoodadvisor.com. Maybe as a place to look for recall info but not for nutrition advise.
I've fed raw for 15yrs, and cook for my current dog. Anyone interested in going that route should really do some reading on the basics of formulating a complete and balanced diet.
I recommend Raw Fed and Nerdy , both the website and their Facebook group, for learning more about dog and cat nutrition.
