Largest tenant just quit paying rent and is declaring bankruptcy. Good luck with this one. I'm afraid it's only going to get worse.

I had an old sell order in the 5.30s I had forgotten about. So I’m out. Got a 80% return.

This stock was over $10 a share at one point and it also has a good dividend yield.

It was over $20 not so long ago. I have some and am just riding it out for now. Thankfully I haven’t been reinvesting dividends.

I sold all of mine today. I was up 30% and they just announced their biggest renter filed for bankruptcy. I expect it to drop. If it goes below $3 I’ll buy back in.
