They seem to be healthier than everything else I see. What’s the opinion on these?

They are involved in class action lawsuit because they aren't 'healthy'.

Stay away from "energy drinks" if you want to be healthier.

Coffee and tea are your best options.

One of my friends was telling me how much better they are for your body than other energy drinks. He mentioned how they are from more natural sources such as green tea.

I’ve had 3 in past month and will likely continue to add them to rotation. I drink about 2 energy or PWO drinks per week when lifting.

They are in class action bc some moron complained citric acid is in there and Celsius said no preservatives.

Nothing wrong with energy drinks as long as you drink your water also.

I’ve never been much of an energy drink guy but I’ve switched from coffee to Celsius for the past couple of months.

I was getting pretty bad crashes mid-afternoon which I don’t get from Celsius. Also, slamming a biolyte/liquid IV with a Celsius is an instant hangover nullifier for me.

That study doesn’t support the headline.

the zero calorie energy drinks are perfectly fine for you, if you can handle the caffeine. the hype around the energy drinks being bad for you is so contrived its not even funny.

every idiot that claims they are so bad is either trying to sell you something or is a fat frick who could use a couple to control his appetite or they are one of those weirdos that thinks every non calorie sweetner causes cancer.

I bet you think crystals help keep the spirits away too.

since you want to be a smart arse show me a scientific study proving any ingredient in say a white monster is unhealthy. Not talking some article or video by some BS artist trying to sell me something, show me a scientific study.

and what is the difference between a zero calorie energy drink and a zero calorie coke besides caffeine?

I don’t drink them because then I can’t have my pot of coffee I drink a day.

There is actually a good bit of truth to this

75% of americans are chronically dehydrated and don't even realize it. You'd be surprised at how much energy you receive when just simply being fully hydrated

That being said, what it takes to be fully hydrated on a daily basis is not exactly easy. You are probably looking at 6-7 bottles of water to be fully hydrated at a base level. That number increases as you perform more physical activity
