yup, "American of xyz heritage" is really the only acceptable option, if wanting to get specific for purpose of conversation. Otherwise...American should suffice.

We definitely need this kind of thing to be changed at the Dept of Education level, if we are going to have that dept it's #1 priority should be to promote positive patriotism. Especially for future military members. There is no other need for the federal govt to provide education needs than to foster military needs, otherwise the state should be able to handle the rest as education is a local issue for local needs.

If you are a black person born in the US you SHOULD be insulted by the term "African-American" because it implies you are something some degree less than simply just an "American".

I often wonder how many Hollywood people are actually based but don't speak up for obvious reason.

His interview with Lemonhead is a very accurate description of how Morgan Freeman feels.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tj0VpjKn0nU Morgan Freeman Silences Don Lemon by Calling BS on Blaming Racism

Lemonhead doesnt know how to respond. He acts like a deer in the headlights.

Morgan would say he is just a man, not a black man.
I know lots of black people that are like that - well, not nearly enough. "Eff being 'black', I'm just me." One example is George Foreman's daughter, and I imagine she learned that from him. He seems to busy enjoying life and doing the Lord's work to be bothered by trumped-up racial nonsense.

I call it Black Hysteria Month because most of it is We Wuz Kangz bull shite, and probably Wakanda was timed so that the DVD's would hit the shelves in time to profit off of it, but I'd gladly trade months between BHM and Pedo-Pride month, just to get the rainbow puke out of my sight for an extra 3 days.

We need more black men standing up and saying stuff like this.

Can you even imagine if you had a bunch of white men running around telling you the reason things are sobad is because of our history, that we have been taken advantage of and now is the time to TAKE IT BACK!!

But, but, but, isn't that what communist and marxist "ideology baiters" do daily in their private group meetings held in Everywhere, USA?

Yeah, it is.

My POE had a "black people need to feel seen" month that I laced their asses over.

We ain't some cry baby queer trannies sulking in the corner because we feel invisible.

“Two things I can say publicly that I do not like. Black History Month is an insult. You’re going to relegate my history to a month?” he reportedly said, before adding:

“Also ‘African-American’ is an insult. I don’t subscribe to that title. Black people have had different titles all the way back to the n-word and I do not know how these things get such a grip, but everyone uses ‘African-American’. What does it really mean?”

We should be a melting pot. One culture with everyone participating in it.

He's just awesome. I'm not sure if there's ever been an actor I enjoy watching and hearing more than Morgan Freeman. He's one of the few that actually speaks with intelligence and a clear head uncorrupted by propaganda

vagueness and word salad are the most effective weapons the DEMs have - they certainly absolutely NOTHING that is rational, factual, productive, or enlightening to present.

ALL they have are meaningless bumpersticker slogans and an army of ignorant parasitic cultists with no ethical or moral component to say and do anything the the top guys pass down.
if you asked them to define ANY SINGLE TERM they are willing to RIOT in support of, they'd hem and haw and then insult you as a bigot of some sort.

It was hard to tell how much of Mooney's black nationalist shtick was serious and how much was played for laughs.
