This was their only response - it was inevitable.

Any alternative would require acknowledging it was a mistake - which would invite the wrath of the LGBTQ+ community.

If a high level boss didn’t know, then it’s his/her own fault for not having proper management in place. Like you said, someone had to sign off on it. Whether that be a mid level manager, high manager, etc.

If you make the assumption that all this is some sorta colossal blunder then no. And on that subject, let's just wait and see if there's some kind of long game here.

To fire her though would be the same as saying we disagree with the tranny on a can move. So no, I don't think she gets fired.

bullshite. They knew, but now they're in the predictably precarious situation that marketing lady knew would come. It was a complete disaster yet they're terrified to fire or reprimand her.

This is key. I almost ordered a Stella draft the other night but luckily saw on the AB site they own that one too. Went for an ice cold Coors banquet instead.

It's not about the Tranny support. Regardless of the subject, her project cost the company Billions.

There is no way shareholders are not going to demand accountability.

AB executives have to be kicking themselves for being asleep at the wheel.. the only way out and retain some brand retention is to do a public mea culpa and fire a whole host of executives that did or should’ve known about this. The only way to rid these self loathing ideologues is to fire them and let be known

That interview with the VP sounded like her pitch to AB management when she was trying to get the job. That was less than a year ago. They hired her because of her ideas. I doubt they'll backtrack fundamentally, people don't like to admit they were wrong.

Probably the only thing unexpected was the amount of backlash. If a full boycott of all AB products can be maintained for an extended period, that might change their direction, but that won't happen.

They are buying time to stop the bleeding and find the path forward that will result in the payouts, payoffs, settlements to avoid lawsuits and more bad pr. Stay the course, keep the ban up and a year from now this will be case study to every corp. that thinks they know better than their consumers

There is no angle. This isn't a case of "any publicity is good publicity." They simply F'd up.

Yes, sure they had no idea. No idea at all. A big company let's a low level marketing staffer do whatever they want with no oversight at all. Sure.

The problem they now have is that if/when they fire the marketing person and terminate the deal with the tranny then they will be seen as anti-LGBTQ or whatever.

frick them and everything they do or don't stand for.

As a side note... my wife is pissed off and we went to dinner and she did not drink any Michelob Ultras. She is even more pissed at Nike, Ulta, and Tampax for signing that same man for women's shite. She is done with them all.

Not sure which hour on Glenn Beck today, but he had a guest explaining how Blackrock is virtually blackmailing/controlling most of these corporations through the ESG bullshite.

So do the dicks run their own company or not.

I beg of each and everyone of you to do your best to run them out of business. Do not, go back after they bend the knee. Bending the knee to you, if that ever happens, doesn't change who they are.

To do it to destroy THEIR company. Do it to send a message to the other companies that are going to do similar shite.

They push. They lose. They push again, they lose, they push and push and gain ground, they push again, and eventually they win. That is how it has always worked in the past.

Destroying the enemy is the ONLY way to win a war. Allow them to regroup and rebuild is a sure fire way to lose a war.

Oh they are in a pickle for sure. Fire her now you make her an even bigger lefty hero and have a whole different PR nightmare to deal with. Keep her on, you’re leaving cancer untreated.
