My wife is all over that Ferguson app. We haven't even cleared the wooded lot yet. I'm worried about boundary surveys/excavation/perc test and she is busy picking out ceiling fans and hardware.

Went over by like 11k. We were mindful and paid attention to what we were spending. Some people just go pick out every thing they like with no compromise and then get the price shock on how much they surpassed their initial numbers. Then they are in trouble.
