I have no inside info, just speculating. But I would be surprised—not “shocked,” but surprised—if there is not an announcement by close of business Friday.

South Carolina has signed Oregon guard Tehina Paopao. Guessing we will see more big signings this week.

i dont remember them being altogether because Angel announced her decision on her birthday, May 6..Ladazhia..Esmery..Jasmine signatures were sent together.

Esmery was then stolen from us by Coach Adia Barnes but no one talks about how wrong she was for doing that..had that been the other way around..well we know it would still be talked about..Geaux Tigahs..thats why Coach Kim and staff are so quiet this year with the transfer clues

Probably good news for the home team. South Carolina has their point guard now. That would sure suggest that HVL is coming here, especially being LSU has been her only visit thus far.
Unless she surprises us at the last minute, it seems HVL’s desire to win a natty trumps her wanting to return home to the west coast.

Esmery (25 dbl-dbls at WVU) got swayed by Barnes bc Kim kept recruiting the dbl-dbl queen Reese, for the same PF postion.
Biggest take-away is that Kim loves elite rebounders who can score, unfortunately, at any cost. Which is likely why Kim wants to add Morrow, despite Morrow playing Angel's position primarily at DePaul. Angel would likely have to move to center, but I'm sure that won't sit well with Angel initially.
However, it'd be best for the team. Opponents wouldn't grab a rebound with Reese/Morrow in the post/paint. Angel would just need to suck it up & defend centers better w/o fouling out.

no no no..Esmery had already turned in her signature..she could have played the 3 and Flaujae possibly came off the bench..it still worked out in LSU Favor..Coach Adia was still wrong in my opinion because how would you feel if your recruit turned in paperwork and i call her to get her to come to our facility after i saw she had signed officially

I'm not sure Barnes "stole" Esmery. What I think happened was Esmery signed, and Kim continued to pursue Angel. Once it was clear Angel was signing, Esmery moved on.......................which she should have. She would not have gotten the playing time here with Angel coming, that she thought she was.

No, YOU clearly don't know what you're talking about. Esmery was going to play Angel's position. She was not going to put her at the three.

Honestly the Esmery situation was a blessing. Sure she is a good player but Reese and Ladazhia were the perfect pair and it allowed Sa’Myah to get a bunch of experience year 1
