Burrito at EL Rancho - My stand by is this. They only put meat inside. Lettuces, tomatoes, sauce and sour cream is on top.
NO beans or rice IN my burrito!! Those are sides!! Are you listening EL Paso!!!! If I ever want a burrito with beans or rice I will go to Taco Bell. Sorry, rant off.

Cheese enchiladas with ranchero. The latter style isn’t exactly true tex mex but my favorite.
Otherwise, chili rellenos but they are hard to get right.
