Has anyone ever stayed at Farr park rv campground?

Planning to come for the baseball and softball games this weekend. Is it a safe area for kids? Or should we keep our hotel reservations?

I have stayed several times. Bare bones setup with good showers and bathrooms. Stay near the front to avoid the horse poop smells. We always Ubered to the games but go early to avoid premium pricing. Took a Peddie cab from Tiger Stadium back to Farr once. Good times. Lots of kids and never experienced any safety issues. btw they have a dump for your tanks.

Safe area. Have a bike/walking path that leads from there to the levee and goes right by LSU. Easy bike ride. Not sure of kids’ ages, but path also leads to a close by Park with swings, play equipment, basketball and tennis courts.
