Rhoback really is the ultimate polo. It’s pricey, but they fit remarkably well and are breathable.

It feels like you’re wearing a 20lb terry cloth with the Perlis polos. Definitely need to size down with them. Haven’t bought one in about 10 years.

I haven't bought any perlis stuff recently, but I have a few shirts and belt that are about 20 years old. The belt is my daily belt and the shirt I wear once a week and they're all perfect.

I wore a Perlis half zip Mardi Gras fleece today on the route, and it got a lot of compliments. Perlis has dressing rooms, so I'm not sure why people are buying wrong sized clothing there.

Perlis also has good LSU swag, but get it early in the season, it will be sold out by late September.

Perlis Dri Fit polos are awesome. They’re the only polo shirts I really wear now.

Are Duckhead khakis still a thing in New Orleans? That was what we went to Perlis for in late 80s early 90s.

The fratty 30-35 year old white guy who works at the Mandeville store is a huge lazy douche bag and makes me want to go there as little as possible with his horrible attitude.

I think I know who you are talking about. He helps me out everytime I go there and he has always been good to me. Only thing g I noticed is recently his dress is lax with a long sleeve T shirt, which may give someone the perception that he dgaf.

The best guy, Kyle, left about 5 years ago. He represented the store well. Always dressed dapper and confident in his clothing suggestions or opinions.

They hired a replacement a few years ago who was only there for a coupke years. I called him the new Kyle. I don't think he liked that as he had high standards to live up to.

I don't know the Northshore location, but if you're at the original on Magazine and Webster, ask for Pat.

Not supposed to reveal that you are a member of the Boston Club. I'm bringing this up at the next meeting.

The long sleeve button downs are not bad. I don’t wear any brand of polo anymore. Buy the sales like everywhere else.

It’s just over priced yuppie shirts. Wearing it used to get you laid in the 90s.

Does Perlis still sell men’s wear like suits or are they just all logo stuff now?

They sell suits. It's a full line clothing store. In fact it is one of the few places left that sells the white linen suits from the days of yore.
