I don’t disagree. First thing, is to make cops’ salaries better to attract better candidates. No one wants to work that kind of job and get paid shite. They also need to invest heavily in training. And I mean serious training. frick all that PC woke shite. They need to develop and progress the skills necessary to do the job. They need to be training weekly, not just annually to make sure they can run a sub 13 minute mile. They should be training CQB, deescalation tactics and situational drills weekly as part of their work schedule. Whatever is relevant to the actual job. The more they train and practice, the more skills they will have, the more confidence they will have in their skillset and the less likely they will be to resort to lethal means of resolving issues when it’s not warranted. Those Memphis cops looked like a bunch of untrained thugs. There shouldn’t be any fat cops working road patrol. It’s a fricking disgrace. If you can’t maintain a half arse decent physical condition, go do something else. You have no business having that job.

And this whole “Thin Blue Line” bullshite can frick right off. You are there to serve the community, not be separated from it. Stop covering for shite bags and have a high standard for your coworkers. If cops make an honest mistake, that’s one thing. But don’t hide behind the “you don’t know what we deal with everyday” wall when one your boys decide to act like a fricking criminal.

Yeah no shite. We've all seen videos of an unsuspecting cop getting blasted by either the driver or by Paco hiding in the backseat with a loaded 9 mil. We've all seen a video of a cop giving some suspicious guy the benefit of the doubt only to get killed for it.

And guess what - cops have seen those videos too.



My father told me a long time ago what to do if I got pulled over and I never forgot it. Turn on all your lights. Don't rummage around for bullshite. Put the window down, put your hands on the steering wheel and wait for him to tell you what to do. I've been pulled over a zillion times and 100% sure I've been profiled, been asked to get out, patted down etc. Never had a violent incident. Been let off with a warning more times than not.

I don't like it but the truth is in that moment they are God over you so unless you are ready to get killed you need to shut the frick up and maximize your chances of living to bitch about it the next day.

Gaslighting at its finest. Police aren't attracted to the job because they are being sent to prison for doing their job. This country went full retard because a worthless felon junkie died of an overdose in 2020 and police officers were blamed for it. The George Floyd dumbassery and the anti-police movement that followed is the biggest reason they're having issues finding and keeping good police officers.
