I'm not big on ice cream, but this place is something else. Not too sweet, unique flavors, perfectly creamed and light. It's been open on St. Louis Street for about 9 months.
Anyone else tried this place out yet?
I sampled the lemon citron, jasmine vanilla, and blueberry flavors. Walked out with a scoop of the lemon Citron. SO good!

Philly-Style??? What's that?

I dunno... But it looked delicious and I regret not sampling it.

Philly style ice cream doesn't have eggs.

A lot of ice cream doesn't have eggs.
I had never heard that term and seems a weird way to describe such ice cream.
ETA, I googled and it's obviously a much more widely used term/descriptor than I ever realized.
I honestly had never heard of eggless ice cream described that way, though.
