You can’t seriously think she has zero blame in any of this. Obviously it’s terrible and she didn’t deserve it, but she made choices throughout the night

well at what point do you think she made a conscious decision to have this happen to her? At what point do you think she decided "this is what I want to have happen to me tonight"?
She may (or may not) have decided to get hammered. But she didn't decide to get hammered drunk and get raped/dead. Thats where the personal responsibility finger wagging is misplaced.

I can seriously think she has zero blame in this. What, she was out partying with every other student that night? The driver's statements and (I assume video)of what was going on in the bar beforehand clearly show she was falling over drunk.
She also had THC in her system. Maybe somebody gave her a gummy and it just put her over the edge. Who knows, but being drunk in South Louisiana is a pretty common occurrence, and this situation is not.
These men absolutely knew what they were doing, and they didn't care. They know she was out of her brain wasted. They are predators, plain and simple.
