I’m not going to rehash the alleged sexual acts, but no sorority girl is going to agree to that, in a truck, with two other people watching and filming.
Not even including the racial, educational and socioeconomic differences, which aren’t even the main issues. It’s laughable to even suggest.
It’s not even who or what was done, it’s the totality of the scenario and the variables that took place.
I’ve known some crazy fricking bitches who wouldn’t do anything remotely close to that.

Question for those with more knowledge of the possible charges.
Person kidnaps child(say 8-12 years old), but decides after a couple hours it's wrong and decide to return the kid. Person goes and drops kid off on opposite side of the neighborhood from their actual home. Kid takes off running down the street and gets hit/killed later as they try to get home.
Other than kidnapping, is that person charged with anything associated with death of the kid?

look i'm in 99% agreement with it. Even though the report states she was grabbing his dick in the car, and also said yes to having sex with both of them. At least that's what the completely reliable witness has said happened.
What happened was rape. I haven't said that isnt' what likely happened. I simply said since we don't have all the facts, there are other scenarios that could have happened, albeit unlikely. and many of you just took it as those scenarios are what i think happened.

I keep seeing a couple people say that bc they dropped her off in the neighborhood its different than dropping her on burbank. But they dropped her off in a completely inebriated state in which her motor skills were severely lacking at that time.

If there was video taken with a phone at any point that night, state police will be able to pull it either from the phone itself or from the carrier. They can’t hide it, and nothing is ever truly “deleted”
