Does anyone know if Cason carver works? I swear he looks like a welder I’ve seen before

That’s all good and well, but she was attempting to dismiss the actions of the accused by claiming this girl was simply engaging in what all college girls are doing these days.
That’s flat out bullshite and I would think those that knew her would agree.

Did he play baseball? Not sure if same person, but I saw a baseball interview on fb with that name.

However this is about a girl who legally could not consent to sex. She didn’t “ask for it”.
She had a blood-alcohol level of .319. She definitely couldn’t have consented in a state like that.
To make matters worse. After they sexually assault someone who is way too intoxicated to function. They dumped that poor girls body on the side of a dark road at 3 am where she was struck by a car. Poor thing thing had zero opportunity to protect herself
I feel sick for that family. I couldn’t even imagine

It is a bit of a curveball that it's Denham and Walker guys and not Hollywood or Evangeline Drive guys.
Slightly throws off the conversation that normally goes on around here.

Dunno, but as of a little while ago his tik tok was still up. His Instagram has been deleted

Allegedly churchgoing guys with girlfriends.

Of course. Probably drove their grandma to church Sunday morning and then worked the food bank.

Not correct. Go read the affidavit.
She was let out in an adjacent subdivision. One house deep or 10 houses deep from the dark road where she got hit is not specified.

This whole situation is extremely sad. Not just for the girl and her family/friends, but the entire pathetic state of LSU, Tigerland, and all of BR.

Unless the DA charges them with manslaughter or some type of crime stemming from her death, I don’t think what happens after they drop her off comes in at trial on the rape charges.
Way too prejudicial to let in without it being part of a charged offense.

Her tested BAC was .319 and likely was higher at one point, that is a fact that cannot be disputed. That alone is enough for a conviction. Good luck trying to convince people that she gave consent to having a train run on her. The only witnesses so far are the guilty rapist and their friends.
• 0.30-0.39%: At this point, you may be unconscious and your potential for death increases. Along with a loss of understanding, at this BAC you’ll also experience severe increases in your heart rate, irregular breathing and may have a loss of bladder control.
• 0.40% and over: This level of BAC may put you in a coma or cause sudden death because your heart or breathing will suddenly stop. This is what is known as a lethal blood alcohol level.

That info was in a fb comment from a fellow student. The comment was not a complimentary one in support of them. Rather an appropriately scathing comment.

Perhaps she lived in the subdivision with the gate and she couldn’t remember the code, so they just left her there at gate.
