No it’s not! The only thing the bar is culpable of is serving minor’s alcohol- directly or indirectly. Reggie’s didn’t rape this girl or dump her in the middle of the road. Yes and LSU put all the blame on a bar (Murphys), just like Tate is doing now. But Ben Wynne spent his entire evening at an off campus apartment getting black out drunk. But Murphys was made the scapegoat. It’s the same shite here. The blame isn’t being placed where it belongs.

wouldn’t over-serving liability laws come into play? Letting someone underage that drunk alone to her own devices to get home safe probably happens multiple time a night but won’t look good to the judge

Good point. This is what I deduced from the arrest warrant (former prosecutor FWIW}:
- 1/15/23 0250 Madison killed
- 1/16/23: EBPSO/LEO knew within 12 hours or less who she left with (at least the driver) probably through bar receipts, bar surveillance video, and license plate readers (Casen); cops probably gave some info about case theory
- 1/16 - Casen (sic?) the driver "showed up" to interview with detectives (within 36 hrs.)] - Implicates the rest.
- 1/18 - Madison autopsy
- 1/19 - Madison toxicology report comes back; at this point, it was known she couldn't consent to sex given BAC
- 1/23 - arrest warrants issue

I don't even know what to say about this and I don't know why this young lady ended up alone with this shite bags, but I think it needs to be stressed to this young women that they should always stick together at night when going out.
Don't let someone with you go alone with someone they don't know or that they just met.
In no way am I blaming this young woman, but but with maggots like these out there you have to be as careful as possible.
